Everything you see in the demo is confidential and stays inside your organization.
Your access code is personal — do not share it, and do not record, screenshot or publish the demo.
All CobraCare+ intellectual property stays ours; no licence or rights are granted, and feedback you give us is assigned to us.
No building or assisting competing products from what you see, and no reverse engineering.
Demo data is synthetic — never enter real patient or employee information.
Obligations last 5 years (indefinitely for trade secrets), under the laws of Ontario, Canada, with US and international electronic-signature, privacy, sanctions and trade-secret provisions built in.
You get a signed PDF copy of this agreement to download and keep the moment you accept.
